Diecutting
Custom shapes cut cleanly from the sheet: pocket folders, presentation folders, boxes and cartons, tags, door hangers and labels. Scoring and perforating run in the same pass, so pieces fold and tear where they should.

Steel rule dies
We make steel rule dies in our own shop, so a job doesn’t wait on an outside die maker. Already have a die? We adjust and alter existing dies too.

Foil stamping
Metallic and holographic foils add shine to covers, cards, invitations and labels. Foil dies can be made for your job.

Embossing & debossing
Raised or recessed detail that people notice when they pick a piece up: a logo on a folder, a pattern on an invitation, a border on a certificate.

Folding & gluing
Pocket folders, sleeves and cartons folded and glued on our Moll pocket folder gluer, with hot or cold glue and inline Kleen-Stik. Our MBO folder handles the straight folds.

Shrink wrap & packing
Finished pieces shrink-wrapped in counts you choose, boxed and ready for delivery. We also trim on our Polar and Saber cutters and offer UV coating.

Electronic prepress
Electronic prepress is available in house, so files for dies, foil and embossing can be prepared here before the job goes on press. Ask about it when you request a quote.
